Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls from current clients, respond to emails, & supports visitors. Follows up with clients to advise them of the status of their project(s); including, but not limited to: start dates, pending paperwork, any and all changes etc. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. Assists with the daily operations of the department. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work Hours & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance is available after 60 days of employment. We have also have supplemental insurance available after 90 days of employment.
