This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and not afraid of responsibility. Overtime will be required throughout the year, and particularly during tax seasons (March/April and September/October).
Duties will include:
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries Manage conference room scheduling and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings Assist with onboarding preparations for new employees and guests (badges, seating, supplies) Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed Support administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, and document formatting Handle incoming inquiries via phone or email and direct appropriately
Skills:
Technologically savvy Ability to adapt/learn new software quickly Very detail-oriented Previous CPA firm experience (+) Associate’s Degree preferred
