Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will assist with Office tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. We ask that only people with QuickBooks knowledge apply.
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for all Customers
- Create all Invoices in QuickBooks for our Customers
- Entering payments both checks and credit cards
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Enter and submit repair tickets to Service Managers
- Answer and address all incoming emails or distribute to correct person.
- Organize and maintain records by copying, scanning and/or uploading to system
- Update and maintain current Customer and Vendor Contacts
- Create and manage Excel Spread Sheets
- Maintain property files with all customer information for accounts as needed
- Maintain all
Certificate of Insurance Documents Experience:
- You MUST be proficient in QuickBooks Accounting System
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Teams, and Word
- Professional and strong customer service skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills Fountain Design Group, Inc manufactures floating fountains and does fountain and water feature service/maintenance.
