Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in managing various administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Scan and organize documents to ensure easy access and secure storage.
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally, addressing their needs or escalating issues when required.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring all details are communicated effectively.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete various tasks.
- Assist in maintaining an organized workspace by managing files and supplies. Requirements
