Administrative Assistant Eden Medical Supply 7300 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33487 Eden Medical Supply is looking for a highly motivated and eager Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to work across all departments. We are a national, family-owned medical supply company that provides full-service intake, onboarding, fulfillment, and client service for each of our patients.

The TASK:
As an Administrative Assistant, your M.O. should be centered around operational efficiency and fulfilling supportive measures to reduce friction for Eden’s executive team. You will be of direct enhancement to our business by providing personalized support for our executive directors.
The LOCALE :
This is an
IN-PERSON
position with the candidate located directly-in or commutable-to the South Florida area. Candidates should expect to work
IN-OFFICE
in our South Florida, East Boca Raton office 100% of the time.

BASE COMPENSATION
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour, paid weekly.
BONUSES & REWARDS
Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities + miscellaneous individual rewards per director-level discretion. What’s the day look like? Provide reliable, “go-to”-level support to all Director-level personnel, primarily the Director of Strategy & Operations. Perform administrative duties involving filing, faxing, CRM maintenance, and other clerical duties as assigned. Communicate effectively with patients, physician’s offices, insurance companies, and internal EMS personnel to foster efficient daily workflows. Enhance business processes by assisting in client inquiries, fostering efficient workflows between team members, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Facilitate logistical management and communication between involved parties to execute trainings, projects, meetings, and other initiatives. Handle sensitive and urgent information, exercise judgment in responding to unique and urgent situations + effectively communicating to relevant personnel. Perform fail-safe task support for other administrative related tasks in times of absence when needed. Additional responsibilities as necessary. What do YOU bring to the table? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR evidence of a strong background (3+ years) in administrative acumen/similar function is required. Highly proficient in
Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word + Task Management software such as Todoist. Effective verbal AND written communication is an absolute must. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Anticipate needs with a “one-step-ahead” mindset. Possess a strong presence in multi-tasking and being a “multi-hat, everywhere all at once” type of individual. Autonomously & efficiently prioritize, organize, and execute related tasks. Ignores the time-clock & is prepared to provide & execute support whenever necessary.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Commute for in-person related work required 100% of the time.
