This is an on-site position ideal for someone with administrative experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing industries. Our company is a miscellaneous metal contractor for residential construction projects that fabricates and installs wrought iron and aluminum: stair & balcony railings, pedestrian & driveway gates, spiral and floating stairs, decorative louvers, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers, sales staff, and operational teams
- Organize and maintain digital documentation, including vendor files, contracts, and project records
- Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and email communications
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data entry tasks using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Support employee onboarding, time tracking, and internal HR functions
- Handle incoming calls and emails with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or clerical role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Experience with construction admin, project coordination, or logistics is a plus
