Position Summary Luxe at Jupiter is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Business Office Manager to help support the daily operations of our business office. This individual will work closely with the Business Office Manager to ensure efficient administrative processes, accurate billing, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Support the Business Office Manager in all administrative and financial operations Assist with billing, collections, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll support Help maintain accurate resident records, including contracts and admissions documentation Communicate with residents and families regarding billing inquiries and account status Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Assist with month-end reporting and financial documentation Train and support clerical staff as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Perform additional duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager or Executive Director Qualifications Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred) Minimum 2 years of business office or administrative experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare Strong knowledge of billing systems, office procedures, and basic accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PCC or similar systems a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment The chance to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives every day #AstonChampions
