Bilingual Administrative Assistant Swipe Saving Boca Raton, FL 33487 Swipe Saving is a fast-growing credit card processing company dedicated to providing businesses with the lowest rates and best service in the industry. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily office operations.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, assisting with documentation, and providing support to internal teams and external clients. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires speaking with clients over the phone—though this is not a sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls professionally in both English and Spanish. Provide administrative support, including data entry, document organization, and email correspondence. Assist in processing paperwork related to merchant account applications and business enrollments. Communicate with clients and partners to gather necessary documentation and provide status updates. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow. Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluency required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating professionally. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
