Boca Raton, FL Job Details Full-time $15 – $18 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Sales Administrative experience Communication skills Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Job Overview I’m a business broker helping entrepreneurs buy and sell small businesses, and I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to support day-to-day operations. You’ll help manage communications, coordinate meetings, organize deal information, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on organization, and is interested in the world of small business transactions. This is a 1099 contractor position . Training will be in person, with the role transitioning to hybrid/remote once you’re fully onboarded. Duties Respond to buyer inquiries via email with clarity and professionalism Schedule meetings and calls between buyers, sellers, and myself Maintain and update deal information in Monday.com (CRM) Review and organize business financials (training provided) Track lead follow-ups and maintain clear communication logs Prepare spreadsheets and assist with basic reporting tasks in Excel Support deal coordination and document collection during due diligence Help draft and manage email communications Keep tasks organized and help move deals forward efficiently

What I’m Looking For:

Strong communication skills — both written and verbal Experience using a CRM platform (Monday.com preferred but not required) Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently Motivated and eager to learn Sales or administrative experience is a plus, but not required Interest in small business, entrepreneurship, or deal-making is a bonus Must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
