Entry-Level Administrative Assistant Location:
Boca Raton, Florida (Local candidates only)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 9:00 AM•4:30 PM (must be flexible for occasional extended hours)
Salary:
$65,000•$75,000 annually, based on experience
Overview:
A busy and professional household office is seeking a highly organized, reliable Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to work directly under the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable performing a wide range of administrative tasks to support the overall team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Executive Assistant with day-to-day office tasks Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Manage general email correspondence and respond on behalf of the team when appropriate File documents (digital and physical), maintain records, and organize files Distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages Assist with DMV-related paperwork, car title and registration management, bill of sale documentation, and service scheduling Coordinate errands and assist with special projects as assigned Provide general administrative support and help other departments as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred (but open to entry-level candidates with strong potential) FL Notary Public is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Professional phone and email etiquette Private family or family office experience a plus Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology Experience with automobile paperwork and management a strong plus Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Team player with a flexible, positive attitude Must be local and available to start immediately This is a full-time, in-person position with potential for growth.
