Front of House Relive Health – Delray Beach 31 SE 4th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33483 As a Front of House Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Front of House Coordinator will properly onboard and check out all clients based on the services provided. It is required that the individual establish effective working relationships with other staff and external vendors and suppliers. Maintains thorough knowledge of all clinic services and maintains the highest level of product and service knowledge as well as flow of operational processes. Provides clients with the best possible care throughout the health center experience. Understands purpose and function of various treatments and services, what makes specific items different from others, and can provide guests with an explanation of how they work. Communicate effectively with clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face to promote services and membership opportunities.
