Key Responsibilities Greet patients with professionalism and warmth Accurately collect and enter insurance and demographic info into the EMR Scan and organize patient forms, including HIPAA and intake documents Schedule appointments, collect payments, and issue receipts Stay sharp with regular training and participate in team learning Help support and mentor new hires during onboarding What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience in hospitality or customer service is a big plus Comfortable with tech—Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and EMR systems Prior medical office experience helpful but not required Friendly, proactive, and truly passionate about helping people Be part of something new.
