IMMEDIATE HIRE
Lovely Palm Beach Gardens family of four is seeking a professional, self-motivated, detail oriented, and energetic House Manager-Personal Assistant to deliver a 5-star support to the family. Job responsibilities include but not limited to; manage vendors and repairs, manage home inventory, families’ complex schedules, vehicle maintenance, detailed travel arrangements, party planning, gift shopping, occasional child oversight, administrative support, monitor communications, light pet care, research, occasional travel, and step in where needed, etc. Requirements; AA or BA degree preferred, 5+ years of experience working as a House Manager/Personal Assistant, Expertise in Microsoft office programs, excellent references, and pass post offer background check.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM with flexibility.
Salary:
DOE, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, retirement plan, and 2 weeks of PTO.
