Coordinate appointments with staff and the Office Manager. Billing Use QuickBooks Online to collect payments, send invoices to clients, and gather necessary documentation (e.g., notes, reports, invoices) for clients to submit insurance claims. Correspondence Manage phone communications via the Grasshopper app. Respond to emails from parents, staff, and outside professionals in a timely and professional manner. Supplies and Ordering Order materials and supplies for the office and staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Errands Run occasional errands related to office needs, including trips to Office Depot, Target, the post office, the bank, and lunch pickups. Office Support Tasks Perform tasks such as copying, laminating, and other administrative support duties as needed. Cleaning and Sanitizing Maintain a clean and sanitized office environment through daily cleaning routines. Organization Keep the office organized by putting away materials used by therapists and distributing supplies across different office locations. Event Support Assist with events to promote the business, including setting up tables and distributing informational materials.
