The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Support team by processing rental/buyer applications Assemble reports/keep online files organized Assist team with administrative tasks Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
