Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Delray Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is ready to contribute to the smooth operation of a non-profit organization. The position offers regular weekday hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as organizing files and managing correspondence.
• Use Word to create and edit documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Support team members by preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Ensure the office environment remains neat, organized, and conducive to productivity.
• Process paperwork and documentation in compliance with organizational standards. Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word with the ability to efficiently format and edit documents.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
