Pga Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 Office Assistant – Full-Time- Entry Level We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting a small office with a variety of administrative and physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and ship packages accurately and efficiently Maintain and keep organized stock room Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors Assist with scheduling and managing team calendars Handle data entry and maintain accurate records Perform light office cleaning and upkeep Occasionally lift packages or office supplies (up to 25 lbs) Support general administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and clerical accuracy Ability to multitask and work independently Prior experience in an office or personal assistant role is a plus This is a great opportunity to grow your administrative skills in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
