Office Clerk Bordeaux Spillane and Zahul, CPAs 12788 Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, FL 33414 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle various clerical tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Answer phones, screen and direct calls to the appropriate person, and/or take and relay concise messages Provide general administrative and clerical support including, scanning, filing, faxing, emailing pdfs, copying, sorting, setup, and organizing new client files, etc. Assist with tax return assembles Receive and sort mail and deliveries, process and keep track of regular, certified, priority, and overnight deliveries Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff as needed. Willing to take on other duties that may be assigned as needed Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations. Maintain front-office flow, efficiency, and organization Skills Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask with strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members. Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
