This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent morning hours in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining documents in the shared drive Assist with ordering and managing office supplies Enter customer orders into SAP Greet and assist office visitors (customers and vendors) professionally Answer and direct incoming phone calls Provide backup support to the Customer Service and Accounting departments Help maintain office equipment and supply inventory Work Monday•Friday 8:00am•12:00pm
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of office or administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with SAP (preferred) Bilingual (preferred) Spanish Accounting background is a plus Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
