POA Office Assistant About the Role Boca Woods Country Club is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented POA Office Assistant to support our Property Owners Association (POA) Director with daily office and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys working in a professional and member-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive POA information Understand and communicate POA rules and policies to residents Assist with processing Property Inspection Reports and Traffic Citations Answer phone calls and emails related to POA inquiries Organize and distribute mail; scan and file documents Coordinate with Membership Department for Bonds and Certificates of Compliance Track vendor permits and ensure compliance Monitor rental agreements and contact residents prior to lease expirations Assist residents with forms, applications, and updates Process parking tickets, speeding infractions, ACC applications, and compliance certificates Greet and direct residents and visitors in a friendly, helpful manner Perform general administrative support and assist the POA Director with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Prior administrative or office experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally) May be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
