A distinguished Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Private Chef & Personal Assistant to provide top-tier culinary and lifestyle support across two seasonal residences. This is a hybrid role requiring exceptional culinary skills, organizational expertise, and discretion. The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance meal preparation with personal assistant duties, ensuring an elevated lifestyle experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Duties:

Plan and prepare high-end, health-conscious meals tailored to dietary preferences. Source the freshest local ingredients and maintain top-tier pantry organization. Create weekly meal plans with flexibility for guest preferences and special occasions. Prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, as requested. Host intimate dinner parties and coordinate with event planners for larger gatherings. Maintain a pristine, well-stocked, and organized kitchen and pantry. Oversee and liaise with household staff (housekeepers, vendors, and estate managers) regarding kitchen maintenance and operations.

Personal Assistant Duties:

Calendar management – schedule appointments, reservations, and social engagements. Handle personal shopping, including wardrobe coordination and household supplies. Book travel arrangements, including flights, car services, and accommodations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff at both residences. Oversee household organization and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with event planning, including menu curation, guest coordination, and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Culinary background (formal training preferred) with experience in high-end private households. Strong knowledge of nutrition, specialty diets, and farm-to-table cuisine. Discreet, professional, and highly adaptable to a fast-paced lifestyle. Previous experience in personal assisting, estate management, or concierge services. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating with other household staff. Flexibility to travel and adjust to the employer’s seasonal schedule. Driver’s license & reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$120,000 – $150,000,

DOE Overtime:

paid at time and one half
