We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-organized Permanent Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in project administration in the Commercial Construction industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Administrator, you will: 1. Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of various projects. 2. Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation to ensure all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. 3. Develop and manage detailed project budgets, tracking all project costs and ensuring projects stay within the agreed budget. 4. Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and tracking action items. 5. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication. 6. Monitor project progress, identifying any issues that may arise, and working to find solutions. 7. Provide administrative support to the project team as needed, including data entry, file management, and report preparation. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as financial and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration 2. Proficiency in project budgeting and financial tracking. 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and issues to team members and stakeholders. 5. Proven experience in meeting management, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking. 6. High attention to detail, particularly in relation to project documentation and record keeping. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. 8.
