SERVICE LANE ASSISTANT 3.1 3.1

out of 5 stars 601 S Military Trl, West Palm Beach, FL 33415 ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Greeting and assisting customers. Booking appointments for service repairs. Advising customers on required work and associated costs. Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Creating and managing work orders. Processing service-related paperwork. Maintaining accurate records of payments and invoices. Handling light bookkeeping duties. Ensuring smooth operation of the service department. Liaising with the service manager and workshop staff. Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Monitoring the progress of repairs and communicating updates to customers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrives to work on time. Follows instructions from a supervisor. Interacts effectively with co-workers. Understands and follows work rules and procedures. Accepts constructive criticism.
