The role you’ll contribute:
The Plant Services Coordinator is an individual with experience in the functions of the Engineering area/organizes daily operations of the department in accordance with the Hospitals’ mission, goals and expectations.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Organizes all daily activities for the department
Answers phone calls in a timely fashion
Assigns all PM and CM work orders
Maintains all Joint Commission and AHCA books to date
Schedules Environment of Care meetings
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
High School graduate or equivalent
Proficient in Word, Excel, and able to learn PM/CM applications
Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail within certain time frames
Ability to work cooperatively with health system staff
Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to change in workload and work schedule
Valid Florida Driver’s license
