Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Full-Time Progressive Energy Consultants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys variety in their day, and values being part of a supportive and upbeat team.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems Coordinate with utility providers to set up or adjust service accounts Respond to client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy Follow up with vendors and suppliers for booking approvals (training provided)
