This role supports day-to-day functions that are vital to the management of residential communities, ensuring timely and professional interactions with residents, vendors, and community boards. Administrative Assistant:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to property management teams across multiple communities, including organizing internal databases and maintaining accurate electronic records. Serve as the primary point of contact by managing front-desk reception, scheduling appointments, handling phone and walk-in inquiries, and overseeing shared email inboxes for timely triage and escalation. Facilitate resident services by processing applications related to property access, leasing, and modifications, and ensuring all community information and materials are up to date and accessible. Coordinate communications and logistics with homeowners, vendors, and board members through phone and email, and assist in the planning and execution of annual meetings and related procedures. Administrative Assistant:
Over 2 years of experience in a customer service or Administrative Assistant position . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
