Pay Range:

$20/hr Clearwater Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in daily operations within an office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls with fantastic customer service MUST have experience with invoicing Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Requirements:
  • Admin or similar office position experience MUST have experience with invoicing
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Netsuite is a plus!
