The Kidwell Group, Renn Properties is looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. As the backbone of our team, you’ll provide vital administrative support that keeps our real estate and construction operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:

Maintain organized records for real estate transactions, construction projects, and business operations. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for leadership and team members.

Client Support:

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors via phone, email, and in person. Prepare and distribute project proposals, contracts, and other documents.

Real Estate Support:

Assist with preparing real estate listings, client communications, and transaction paperwork. Manage databases and CRM systems to track leads and follow-ups.

Construction Support:

Track project timelines and ensure necessary permits, materials, and documents are on schedule. Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

General Administrative Tasks:

Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain and order office supplies as needed. Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates and email campaigns.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum 2 years in an administrative support role; experience in real estate or construction industries is preferred.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM platforms.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor with clients and team members.

Problem Solver:

Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with real estate transaction management platforms (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope). Familiarity with construction documents, permits, and processes.
