This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication among team members and clients. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain calendars for team members, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently. Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, providing excellent customer service and relaying messages accurately. Organize and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
