Administrative Assistant | Join a Fast-Paced, Nationwide Team! ???? Are you a highly organized multitasker with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactiveAdministrative Assistantto become a key player in our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be the central hub for managing work orders, tickets, and job updates through a specialized customer portal. You’ll collaborate with branch managers across the U.S., support our subcontracting operations, and ensure seamless communication between departments. ????What You’ll Do Manage and update work orders, tickets, and jobs via our customer portal. Coordinate with branch managers nationwide to gather and relay updates. Provide real-time support to the subcontracting manager. Assist the subcontracting branch based on workload and demand. Make outbound calls to follow up on parts orders, store details, and service calls. ????What You Bring Proven experience in administrative support or order management. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. ????Bonus Points If You Have Experience in clerical roles or customer-facing positions. A proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving. Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
