Essential Duties & Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Answers and fields service department phone calls, as well as returning calls and emails to customers in a professional and helpful manner. Quotes new and existing customers on a variety of service repair needs. Tracks service requests, ensuring that they are all handled in a timely manner. Maintains an open line of communication with the field supervisor and technicians, whether it is in reference to jobs, paperwork etc. Processes all incoming service work and prepares invoices to be sent to customers. Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal mediums Schedules necessary services for customers when required. Processes quote approvals. Process incoming parts needed for service repairs. Ensures all technicians are appropriately badged. Responsible for ordering materials for jobs. Assists customers with monitoring needs, such as placing accounts on test or updating monitoring contacts. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of administrative experience. Preferred Qualification Associate’s degree. Three or more years of related experience. Compensation $19 – $21/hour Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The Team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The Team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
