- Eligibility based on location The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business office functions at the community as well as being the 1st impression at the front desk and assisting visitors and guests.
This position also serves as the community’s support resource for handling and managing questions/inquiries from residents and their families related to services and billing. Support provided as well for our own employees with payroll, benefit enrollment, orientation and may perform recruiting and interviewing assistance as requested by the Executive Director.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required, Associate preferred in the area of Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field and one year of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience working in an office setting Skill/ knowledge requirements: Working knowledge of general accounting, billing and collections and expense management practices. Able to clearly present information through the spoken word. Can accurately communicate, providing the necessary level of detail even under stressful or demanding conditions.
- Ensures a positive attitude and team orientation is exhibited in verbal and non-verbal communication.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ability to operate standard office equipment. Willingness to learn and aptitude for being willing to take initiative. Basic HR functions and knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
Routinely requires pushing, lifting, pulling, bending, walking, reaching and stooping.
