We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communication and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting communication efforts and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate internal and external communication strategies. Draft and edit marketing and communication materials, emails, newsletters, and calendars. Maintain and update company website and social media profiles. Assist in the planning and execution of events, both internal and external together with the school Home and School Association and staff. Provide administrative support to the principal as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain organized filing systems and databases. Coordinate meetings and appointments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or experience in a related field. Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Apple communication tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Benefits include medical, 401K and pension. Salary is commensurate with experience. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
