Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office. This position will assist the General Contractor with customer communication, typing proposals and change orders, responding to emails, ordering and scheduling delivery of materials and any other tasks assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain General Contractor correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
- Assist in organizing project documents
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with clerical tasks as directed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with general office procedures and applications
- Strong customer service orientation
- Accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience in a construction office is advantageous
