This is a temporary part-time opportunity based out of the St. Petersburg, FL office. Monday through Thursday, 20 hours a week.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm and Wednesday 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Job Summary As a Temp Facilities Consultant, this person will be responsible for all FL office facility operations on a part-time basis. This person will manage the day-to-day functions in the FL office and ensure facilities are running smoothly. Additional responsibilities may include occasional coordination for in-office events and employee experience initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for the FL office. Oversee all vendor communications including but not limited to – keeping track of vendor invoices and ensuring they are paid on time, scheduled repairs for the office, and coordinating supply drop offs. Order supplies and re-stock breakroom and office on a regular basis. Order catered lunches each week, as well as occasional catering for onsite events. Manage monthly expenses (experience with Concur is preferred). Coordinate any in-office events and employee engagement initiatives in the FL office. Manage any remaining FL office expansion tasks that need completion. Other duties as assigned and required Required Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft products required – ie: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good communication skills. Organized and comfortable with multitasking. Able to meet deadlines and time management expectations. Experience working as a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager is preferred. Experience working with Concur preferred. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs on occasion. This position offers an hourly rate of $27.00 to $32.00. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
