The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset, ready to assist with various administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of daily operations and providing exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain the Google Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting. Serve as a personal assistant to senior management as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Foster positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service. Requirements Proven experience in an office or clerical role, preferably as an Operations Assistant or similar position. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Drive). Familiarity with QuickBooks Online. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization. A customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
