Job Description
Our customer is a global organization in the technology industry, and they are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to support their NEW office in South Pinellas County. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring everything is organized and set up properly for all employees working in the office. In addition, the Office Assistant will help create a warm, welcoming environment for traveling and/or hybrid employees working in the office space as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Greet visitors Accept all mail, deliveries, packages, etc. on behalf of the company and distribute to the appropriate department Day-to-day office management Assist in coordinating weekly lunches Maintain and order office supplies along with snacks, coffee, refreshments, etc. Help track occupancy/attendance Interface with coworking facility management as needed Coordinate social events and activities for local staff/culture. Assist with local hotel booking for employees who are traveling. Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities. Requirements :
One year of previous work experience within an administrative setting preferred; or one year of service-based experience within the hospitality industry Excellent written and verbal communications skills Must be highly organized and be able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines Proficient with
MS Office Schedule:
8:30am to 3:30pm, 3 Days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required with your choice of Monday or Friday as the third working day)
