The ideal candidate is a person who has experience permitting with municipalities.
Duties:
Pull permitting permits from municipalities and counties Work to close/get approval for all permits Set inspection appointments In-house scheduling of appointments and inspection notices to the field teams General Administrative duties as well, supporting the office administrative staff to take inbound calls, file, copy, answer questions and fill in for team members out of the office.
Skills:
Previous experience in a construction type of business where permitting is used is required Strong organizational abilities and very detail oriented Very effective in communication, both verbally and in writing Basic understanding of the permitting process and construction projects #IND450
