This position is located at the Memory Disorders Center at St. Anthony’s Hospital. The hours are 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Monday-Friday with occasional weekends based on events. As the Support Coordinator you will provide administrative support for the Memory Disorders Center which includes: Maintain records, inventory, and order supplies. Schedule, coordinate, and take minutes at meetings. Greet and direct patients, visitors, and team members as appropriate, and screens calls. Provide support to patients and visitors in regard to available resources, and coordinate dissemination of information related to dementia/memory disorders. Assist department with planning and coordinating wellness and educational events. Perform other duties as assigned.
