Job Overview:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and our clients. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting our operations on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication from clients and team members Maintaining and organizing client and company files and databases Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for team members Assisting with client onboarding and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner Creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and clients Assisting with billing and invoicing processes Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organization and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with project management tools a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience working in a virtual or remote setting preferred Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
