Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities, with specialization in hydro blasting and vacuum truck work. We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs, and full turn-key turnaround services. We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites is collected, transported, and disposed of by local, state, and federal regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(but not limited to) Payroll Calling vendors and other contractors Setting up appointments Ordering, managing, and organizing safety supplies such as personal protective equipment Processing regulatory documents and ensuring accurate record keeping and file management Completing reports for management as requested Performing other EHS administration duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience performing clerical work. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
