What You’ll Do:
Support daily office operations including processing deal paperwork, filing, and data entry Communicate with Sales, F&I, and Title/Tag departments to keep deal flow running smoothly Assist with funding, schedule reconciliation, and other administrative tasks Help maintain organized records and ensure compliance across all office functions Pitch in wherever needed to support a high-performing business office team
Who You Are:
Previous dealership office experience or related administrative work
REQUIRED
Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using dealership software like CDK, Dealertrack, or Reynolds & Reynolds Positive, dependable, and ready to be a go-to team player Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with accuracy Why Work at
