Job Summary:
This is a professional position with a primary function of providing background-screening services to providers, internal departments and HFC customers; conducting live scans, monitor results data and verify information accuracy.
Essential Functions:
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with HFC customer Perform livescan and fingerprint card processing for caregivers, employees and volunteers; which may include evenings and weekends Maintain background screening tracking logs Obtain screening results from the clearinghouse and via email and convey to HFC Licensing, case management and adoptions Research and resolve issues with regard to missing or delayed results Assist with reconciliation between data systems Serve as a member on committees as deemed necessary Serve as backup for ICPC/OCS, Diligent Search and Facilities Perform special projects as assigned
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED required. One to two years’ experience in child welfare. One to two years’ experience in child welfare. ?
