Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members. Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Prepare reports and documentation as needed for management. Utilize Microsoft applications for document creation, data management, and communication. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
