Sales Administrative Assistant 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 4105 Maine Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801 JOB SUMMARY The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the sales department. This role includes managing data, generating reports, facilitating communication, scheduling, and supporting public relations efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and writing skills. Highly organized with excellent prioritization abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in reports, postings, and documents. Ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies in records. Proactive approach with a focus on creating a positive experience for others.

RESPONSIBILITES AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Assist On and Off Premise Sales Managers, Business Development Manager, and General Manager with daily tasks. Create promotional materials and flyers for Sales teams. Plan and organize PowerPoint presentations for Manager’s Meeting and Sales Managers’ weekly/monthly meetings. Serve as a backup for Sam’s & BJ’s orders via email, ensuring appropriate notifications to managers and Sales personnel. Manage Sales Manager’s calendars and schedule appointments. Maintain and update monthly vacation calendars. Support BLD management with special projects, events, and company functions. Prepare business reviews upon request. Generate pillar reports. Regularly run tap survey, IRIS, EDGE, and any other tracking reports for Sales Managers to monitor execution. Provide weekly Publix DSD ad reports. Maintain the UPC list report. Responsible for uploading local content to Big Tin Can and ensure its utilization by the team. Prepare weekly inventory reports. Create recommended price lists. Update Tagify logos and print price tags. Reconcile monthly sales bonus numbers and send to Sales Managers. Proficiency in VIP software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing/walking/sitting for long periods of time Routinely operate standard office equipment to include but not limited to computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets Independently mobile Ability to adapt and function in varying environments of workload, worksites and work shifts
