Description
Shellstone HOA is excited to announce the opportunity of HOA Administrative Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to Community Association Manager and will utilize Homeowner and standard Microsoft office programs and assist in special projects. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the properties managed by Troon.
Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000 / year
Essential Job Duties:
Provide support to Management staff with mailings, phone calls, general correspondence, handling walk-ins and assembling membership packages.
Assist with, questions, policies, concerns orplaints in a timely, professional manner.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Provide exceptional customer service to members to ensure a memorable experience.
Assist with Architectural Review applications: review with owners forpliance with submission requirements, manage applications and correspondence.
Act as receptionist and information source to general public and provide information to orient new owners about the HOA and amenities.
Maintain and updatemunity and create promotional materials for the and weekly eblastmunications to members.
Possess excellent written and verbalmunication skills in order to directlymunicate with Owners and guests.
Assist Community Association Manager in various special projects as needed.
Education/Experience:
Previous HOA experience is required.
CAM license is preferred.
Special Skills:
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
Able to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend and lift up to 15 lbs.
Possess and able to present a professional demeanor at all times to Members and Guests.
