A creative print solutions company in Sarasota is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, 8:30am
- 5:00pm, 1/2 hour lunch
Pay Rate:
$18/Hour Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist in managing office operations and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Skills

- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
