Job Description

A creative print solutions company in Sarasota is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Schedule:

Monday

  • Friday, 8:30am
  • 5:00pm, 1/2 hour lunch
Pay Rate:

$18/Hour Duties

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Assist in managing office operations and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
