Warranty Coordinator 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars Venice, FL 34293 What You’ll Do As part of the Customer Care team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional post-home purchase experience. This role involves direct communication with homeowners and coordination with internal teams and trade partners to resolve warranty-related issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to homeowner inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset Distributing service requests to the appropriate personnel Clearly explaining warranty coverage and basic maintenance expectations to homeowners Following up to ensure timely completion of service items and homeowner satisfaction Assisting with walk-in inquiries and emergency situations Investigating and resolving homeowner concerns through thoughtful research and communication Logging warranty service requests and preparing weekly reports Coordinating with trade partners and confirming completed work through sign-offs Supporting service technicians with necessary documentation and administrative tasks What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in customer service or contractor/trade partner coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with homeowners Ability to read and write in English at an intermediate level (bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus) Access to reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Bonus If You Have A bachelor’s degree Experience in the residential or commercial construction industry, especially in customer service roles Be Yourself.
