Monday•Friday, 6:30am•4:30pm

Purchase Orders
Billings
Expense Reports
Answering Phones
Corresponding with Owner Representatives, Subcontractors & Government Agencies
Record Keeping / Filing
General Office Duties
Accepting Deliveries and Mail Sorting
Assisting the Project Manager with project-specific tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Spectrum a plus
Background in smart sheet a plus
Must be able to write, read andprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
Must be able tomunicate with others Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in either construction or utilities industries Pre-Screen Upon offer, employees may be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications:

Driver’s License preferred, but not required
