Location:

Seminole Masonry, LLC.•3850 E. Lake Mary Blvd., Sanford, FL 32773

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30

PM Duration:

Temporary (Up to 6 Months) Join our team as a key support player in the Estimating Department! We’re looking for a detail oriented, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to assist with quote sourcing, data entry, and light Salesforce work. This is a temporary position lasting up to 6 months, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Source and follow up on subcontractor quotes Enter and maintain project data accurately in internal systems Assist with light Salesforce related tasks and updates Support the estimating team with clerical and coordination duties Perform general administrative functions as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and data systems Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus (but not required) Clear and professional communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
